The service from Mrs. Krobmann is great, worth mentioning here is the good accessibility/functioning communication and the patient helpfulness even with repeated inquiries.

Competent service that knows what it is talking about, with extremely short reaction times. Uncomplicated and friendly contact. From our point of view, this is a recommendable solution.

2 years agoWe have been using Horizont's GPS tracking for our taxi and rental car company in Cologne for quite a long time and are very satisfied, the service is great and always available, and very competent, the price-performance ratio is TOP. Defective devices are exchanged very quickly and we are called every 6-7 months to find out if everything is okay. here we praise Mrs. L. who is very friendly and accommodating. We can recommend the services without a but.
